Self-love coaching for women

Come home to yourself—without the guilt.

You've spent so much time caring for everyone else that you may have lost touch with what you need.

I help women move beyond people-pleasing, build sustainable self-care habits, and create loving boundaries so they can feel more peaceful, confident, and connected to themselves.

Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Rebecca.

I know what it feels like to spend so much time showing up for everyone else that you lose touch with yourself.

My own journey taught me that self-love is not selfish, and it is not something we achieve perfectly. It is something we practice each time we honor our needs, speak to ourselves with grace, set a boundary, or choose a habit that supports our well-being.

My approach is compassionate, practical, honest, and centered on helping you create changes that work in your real life. I'm not here to tell you who to become. I'm here to help you reconnect with the woman who has been within you all along.

Frequently asked

Questions are welcome here.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be a good fit if you are ready to better understand your patterns, take meaningful action, and receive support as you create change. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

What if I struggle to make time for myself?

We will not force an unrealistic routine into your life. We'll look for small, sustainable ways to begin honoring yourself within the life you have now.

What happens during a connection call?

We'll talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you would like to change, and the kind of support you need. You'll also have space to ask questions and decide whether working together feels right.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goals, habits, and moving forward with intentional action. It is not a replacement for therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.

Your next step

You are allowed to choose yourself, too.

You do not have to wait until you feel completely ready. Your next step can be one honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
